开头先改任务书 09 核对时发现的 materials 7 处；submissions 只依赖 jev 和 vocab，提交后才知道的东西由 flow 算好传入；回应拼冻结协议只在 submissions 一处。

用户 2026-10-02 同意：CLAUDE.md"罕见情况怎么办"第 2 条写明边界是模型的提交、用户的配置、外部服务的返回，模块之间的调用不算边界；哪些记录加唯一约束属于账本设计，写在结构.md 第四部分（阶段开关、运行登记、确认启动、运行结果、模型调用开始结束、消融结算），前后顺序由 flow 的同一入口保证。任务书 03 同步。

用户 2026-10-02 选甲："选甲，先改文档再给我回执行者的话"。参考项目约 800 份真实三个数中没有一份三数相等；允许相等会在折线、调权重、网格、开放预留几处各生出一条尖峰专门处理，改数据表示让这种情况不存在。
